Design Editing
Minor design format changes, color adjustments, and other similar modifications are complimentary. However, charges for substantial edits will be assessed by Karen’s Digitizing.
Multiple Sizes
For multiple sizes, a double fee is required as we must create the design separately for each size.
Payments
Payments are processed using PayPal, allowing you to pay via either PayPal or debit/credit cards. If you encounter any payment difficulties, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us, and we will be happy to offer an alternative payment method.
Order Delivery
The machine embroidery format will be provided upon receipt of payment. However, the production worksheet, which offers a visual representation of your design and includes crucial details such as color patterns, stitch specifications, and design size, will be shared with you before payment. This allows you to preview how your design will appear in its final form and assess all essential elements.
What measures do you have in place to safeguard my information?
Upon submitting the order form, all the information you provide to us undergoes encryption for added security. Additionally, we take measures to protect your other data within our secure database.
